Electric Powered Backyard Flyer

Herr's Backyard Flyers look and fly like real airplanes providing a level of performance allowing them to fly long after the wind has grounded many other Backyard Flyers. All airplanes feature laser Accu-cut, hand-select SIG AAA grade balsa and 3-D CAD engineered for a precise parts fit. Includes full size computer drawn plans, quality hardware such as wire landing gear and wheels, colorful decals, and a complete step-by-step assembly manual. The first flight was made using the 9v lithium pack and lasted 1 hour 25 minutes. The second flight was made with a 9v lithium pack and lasted 1 hour 47 minutes. There was still plenty of battery capacity left at the end of the flight and the maximum flight time with this battery pack has yet to be determined.
