| Great for large scale or heavy aircraft, the Kavan Electromagnetic Brake gives
constant and smooth braking action without locking the wheels. Each unit consists of an electromagnetic coil in a zinc plated steel
brake drum and zinc plated steel disc brake with a smooth aluminum coating on one side. The brake drum mounts on the wheel axle.
The brake disc is positioned between the brake drum and wheel hub. Switch the brake on, and the disc is pulled to the drum,
creating the friction necessary to slow and stop virtually any size model airplane. |
